hello, for years i was overweight and constantly exhausted with no sex drive at all. 18months ago i had gastric sleeve surgery and lost over 140lb. i am now in very good shape and work out 4-6 days a week. i am having a very tough time gaining muscle mass. i have more energy but not much more. my sex drive still isn’t there and i am having erectile dysfunction most of the time too.
