The question arose as to whether it was ever permissible to give a racehorse an anabolic steroid. The Panel’s attention was drawn to an article in the Racing Post on 4 July 2008 where Professor Morris had made the following assertions – “They [anabolic steroids] are banned, but if the question is ‘can anabolic steroids be used clinically’ the answer is ‘yes, absolutely’ ”. He was also quoted with reference to anabolic steroids as follows – “A horse may have a particular injury that needs help…but in general that horse would not be in training and we are talking about an extremely uncommon occurrence.”
There are two of interests that fill the category of the most powerful muscle building steroids of all but the king of kings is that of Trenbolone . Because of Testosterone’s efficiency it is a close second, a very close second but Trenbolone is 400 times more powerful than testosterone; that’s not an arbitrary number, it is literally 400 times more potent and powerful. Not only are the various Trenbolones the most powerful muscle building steroids of all, they are the most potent steroids to serve any cycle for any purpose.
Stephan Bonnar and Josh Barnett , mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters from the UFC and PRIDE Fighting Championships , have also tested positive for the banned substance.  After the World Extreme Cagefighting show on January 20, 2006 Muay Thai turned MMA fighter Kit Cope also tested positive for boldenone.  Following the Strikeforce card on June 22, 2007 former PRIDE and UFC fighter Phil Baroni tested positive for boldenone, as well as stanozolol .  At a K-1 WGP event in Las Vegas on August 17, 2007 two fighters, Rickard Nordstrand and Zabit Samedov , both tested positive for boldenone.  Alexandre Franca Nogueira tested positive for boldenone in July 2008.
