Recent research into the field of weight loss has shown that hormones actually play a large role in the way your body’s weight fluctuates. Obviously, proper diet and exercise are incredibly important for weight loss. But hormone levels actually do a lot in providing your body with the necessary energy to perform those exercises. Your body’s hunger sensations are also in part dependent on your hormones. An imbalance of those hormones can mess with the proper functioning of your body, thereby causing you to gain unwanted pounds.
